Where Vermont posts its bids

State bids
VTBuys Public Solicitations. VTBuys is the state's central eProcurement system, where suppliers view bid opportunities, submit bids and see contract awards. The Office of Purchasing and Contracting also lists current bids on its Bid Information page.
Register as a vendor
VTBuys Supplier Registration (free). You create an account, register as a supplier and pick commodity codes, then get automatic notices of bid opportunities. The FAQ says there is no fee to register in or use VTBuys.
Technology buying
Agency of Digital Services (ADS) Vendor Procurement. The ADS procurement group buys IT products and services for state agencies through competitive selection and negotiated contracts. ADS also oversees statements of work issued under the state's IT retainer contracts.
Free bid coaching
Vermont APEX Accelerator: the state's APEX Accelerator helps small businesses with registrations and proposals at no cost.
