Where Utah posts its bids
- State bids
- Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). The Division of Purchasing and General Services posts state solicitations on U3P, which runs on Bonfire. Many cities, counties, school districts, colleges and special districts post here too, and open opportunities are listed publicly.
- Register as a vendor
- Vendor U3P Registration. Registering in U3P lets you submit responses, and the commodity codes on your vendor record drive Bonfire opportunity notifications.
- Free bid coaching
- Utah APEX Accelerator: the state's APEX Accelerator helps small businesses with registrations and proposals at no cost.
Big city, county and agency buyers
Each of these runs its own bid page, and most want you registered in their system too.
| Buyer | Bid page | Runs on |

Good to know
- Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah County, West Valley City, Provo, the Utah Transit Authority and several large school districts are listed as posting entities on U3P, the same portal the state uses. source
- The state and many other public entities moved U3P from Jaggaer to Bonfire, with the migration completed April 30, 2025. source
- Holders of state cooperative contracts must submit sales usage reports, and contracts with an administrative fee are invoiced to the usage report contact. source
