Where Oregon posts its bids
- State bids
- OregonBuys. Oregon's eProcurement system, used by state agencies and many local governments to post contract opportunities. Open bids can be searched from the public search page; you need an account to submit bids.
- Register as a vendor
- OregonBuys supplier account. An OregonBuys account lets you browse opportunities and submit bids. To do business with the state you also register your business with the Secretary of State's Corporation Division.
- Technology buying
- Enterprise Information Services (EIS). Oregon's central state IT agency, responsible for state technology systems. DAS State Procurement Services also publishes statewide IT software license agreements.
- Small business certification
- Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID). Business Oregon certifies minority-owned (MBE), women-owned (WBE) and emerging small businesses (ESB) for state, county, city and special district contracts. ESB is race- and gender-neutral and based on business size.
- Free bid coaching
- Oregon APEX Accelerator: the state's APEX Accelerator helps small businesses with registrations and proposals at no cost.
