Where Oklahoma posts its bids
- State bids
- OMES Central Purchasing - Open Solicitations. Central Purchasing at the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) posts state solicitations in this public bid list in the state's PeopleSoft supplier system, linked as Open Solicitations from the Central Purchasing page.
- Register as a vendor
- Oklahoma Supplier Portal (free). Registering as a bidder gets you notices of solicitations for the UNSPSC codes you choose and lets you respond. A full supplier registration is required to receive an award.
- Technology buying
- OMES Information Services. The state's central IT division. Its IT Asset Management team supports agencies with IT hardware and software acquisition and manages IT vendor relationships; solicitations go through Central Purchasing.
- Small business certification
- Diversified Organization Certifications (Oklahoma Department of Commerce). OMES refers suppliers to the Department of Commerce for diversified organization certifications, and publishes a list of current diverse business certified companies.
- Free bid coaching
- Oklahoma APEX Accelerator: the state's APEX Accelerator helps small businesses with registrations and proposals at no cost.
