No New Hampshire bids on our vetted list at the moment. New ones turn up most weeks; the free Monday email brings the best five.
Where New Hampshire posts its bids
- State bids
- Bureau of Purchase and Property - Current Bids. The Department of Administrative Services' Bureau of Purchase and Property buys most goods and non-construction services for state agencies and posts its bids here. Several agencies (for example DHHS, DOT and DoIT) also run their own procurement pages.
- Register as a vendor
- Online Vendor Registration. Registering makes you an authorized state vendor. A purchase order or contract is awarded only to a vendor that is registered and in good standing with the State.
- Technology buying
- Department of Information Technology (DoIT) - Vendor Resources and Procurement. DoIT is one of the state agencies with its own procurement page, linked from the state's APEX Accelerator list of agency purchasing sites.
- Free bid coaching
- New Hampshire APEX Accelerator: the state's APEX Accelerator helps small businesses with registrations and proposals at no cost.
Big city, county and agency buyers
Each of these runs its own bid page, and most want you registered in their system too.
| Buyer | Bid page | Runs on |
|---|---|---|
| City of Manchester | Open bids | own website |
| City of Nashua | Open bids | own website (CivicPlus bid postings) |
| City of Concord | Open bids | own website (CivicPlus bid postings) |

| City of Dover | Open bids | own website |
Good to know
- Many New Hampshire state agencies have their own procurement functions and post RFPs, RFQs and RFIs directly, so you need to watch individual agency sites as well as the central bid list. source
- NH APEX Accelerator runs a free Bid Match Program that sends daily bid notices matched to your products or services. source
- Manchester's purchasing site offers a free email announcement service for new bids, but it does not cover every City department. source
