Where Missouri posts its bids
- State bids
- MissouriBUYS Bid Board. MissouriBUYS is the statewide eProcurement system, with a public Bid Board for state agency solicitations. Solicitations issued on or after September 18, 2024 are in MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS; older ones stay on the legacy Bid Board.
- Register as a vendor
- MissouriBUYS Supplier Registration (powered by MOVERS). You must register in MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS, to respond to new solicitations and to get automatic emails about bids that match your commodity codes. Registrations from the old MissouriBUYS (WebProcure by Proactis) were not transferred.
- Technology buying
- Information Technology Services Division (ITSD): Contracts & Bidding. ITSD buys IT products and services for state agencies under procurement rules run by the Division of Purchasing. IT contracts are normally set up and re-bid through RFPs, and ITSD points vendors to the Division of Purchasing and MissouriBUYS bid listings.
- Small business certification
- MBE/WBE Certification Program (Office of Equal Opportunity). The Office of Equal Opportunity certifies businesses at least 51% owned and run by a minority and/or woman who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. It also runs a veteran certification program and a directory of certified firms.
- Free bid coaching
- Missouri APEX Accelerator (MU Extension): the state's APEX Accelerator helps small businesses with registrations and proposals at no cost.
