No Michigan bids on our vetted list at the moment. New ones turn up most weeks; the free Monday email brings the best five.

Where Michigan posts its bids

State bids: SIGMA Vendor Self Service (VSS). State of Michigan open bids are posted in SIGMA VSS, which DTMB Procurement runs. DTMB's Contract Connect site explains how to register and bid.
Register as a vendor: Register as a Vendor on SIGMA VSS. Registering in SIGMA VSS with the right commodity codes gets you bid notices. You also pick business types, which make you eligible for programs such as MiSC or the service-disabled veteran-owned business preference.
Technology buying: DTMB IT Staff Augmentation (Managed Service Provider program). The Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) runs state IT and procurement. IT staff augmentation goes through a managed service provider program that vendors join by emailing the MSP team; DTMB also publishes a list of IT commodity codes.
Small business certification: Michigan Supplier Community (MiSC). A free state program for Michigan-based small businesses (under 500 employees and $25M or less in annual revenue), veteran-owned firms, CROs and geographically disadvantaged businesses. You join by selecting the right business types in your SIGMA VSS profile.

Big city, county and agency buyers

Each of these runs its own bid page, and most want you registered in their system too.

Good to know

Through MiSC, state agencies can get three quotes and buy directly from eligible vendors for select purchases up to $500,000, and these MiSC solicitations are not publicly posted on SIGMA VSS. source
There is no cost to join MiSC; you qualify as a small business with fewer than 500 employees and annual revenue of $25M or less, with your principal place of business in Michigan. source
DTMB's Vendor Opportunity Dashboard shows the state's active and planned procurement projects and updates every Monday. source
The City of Ann Arbor posts all formal solicitations on MITN (Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network). source
