Where Maine posts its bids
- State bids
- AdvantageME Vendor Self Service (VSS). Since October 1, 2025, all State of Maine solicitations (RFPs for services, RFQs for goods, RFAs, RFIs and PQVLs) are published and managed in VSS. The Division of Procurement Services links to it from its vendor pages.
- Register as a vendor
- Vendor Self-Service System (VSS) registration. Registering in VSS lets you list your commodity codes, get email notices of new solicitations, amendments and awards, ask questions on open solicitations and respond online.
- Free bid coaching
- Maine APEX Accelerator: the state's APEX Accelerator helps small businesses with registrations and proposals at no cost.
