Where Louisiana posts its bids
- State bids
- Louisiana Procurement and Contract Network (LaPAC). The Office of State Procurement's public list of state bids, searchable by category, department or bid number. Viewing does not need an account.
- Register as a vendor
- LaGov Vendor Portal (vendor enrollment). Vendors must be registered in LaGov through the vendor enrollment portal to get email notices of bid opportunities. You pick UNSPSC commodity codes during registration.
- Technology buying
- Office of State Procurement: Technology Contracts. OSP's page for state technology contracting, including the Office of Technology Services IT Staffing Support contract and its awarded contractors list.
- Small business certification
- Hudson Initiative. Louisiana Economic Development certifies eligible Louisiana small businesses (Small Entrepreneurships) for better access to state purchasing. Certified firms are visible to state buyers and prime contractors looking for subcontractors.
- Free bid coaching
- Louisiana APEX Accelerator: the state's APEX Accelerator helps small businesses with registrations and proposals at no cost.
