Where Indiana posts its bids
- State bids
- IDOA Procurement: Current Business Opportunities. The Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) lists open state bids, RFPs, RFQs and RFIs on this public page, with bid documents linked from each event. You need a bidder profile to respond through the Supplier Portal.
- Register as a vendor
- Bidder Profile Registration. A bidder profile is required to sign in to the Supplier Portal, where you view and respond to bids, update your profile and apply for IDOA programs. The primary contact's email on the profile is the Supplier Portal login.
- Technology buying
- Indiana Office of Technology (IOT) Vendors. IOT is the state's enterprise technology agency. Its vendor page says IT vendors must first create an IDOA bidder profile and register with the Indiana Secretary of State.
- Small business certification
- Indiana Small Business Program (INSBP). IDOA's program to increase the share of state purchases from Indiana-based small businesses. To qualify, a business must average no more than $10 million in annual gross receipts over the last two years and have an Indiana connection such as Indiana Secretary of State registration.
- Free bid coaching
- IN APEX Accelerator: the state's APEX Accelerator helps small businesses with registrations and proposals at no cost.

Each of these runs its own bid page, and most want you registered in their system too.
