Where Idaho posts its bids
- State bids
- Luma Supplier Portal (Division of Purchasing Bid Opportunities). The Division of Purchasing's 'Bid Opportunities' link opens this Infor supplier portal, part of the state's Luma system. The Division also posts a public table of open and future solicitations on its own site.
- Register as a vendor
- Luma Supplier Portal. The supplier portal behind the Division of Purchasing's Bid Opportunities link. Instructions for responding to Idaho solicitations are on the Division's Resources page.
- Technology buying
- Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) Vendors. ITS buys network, security, software, cloud, application development, data/analytics and GIS products and services. Its opportunities are posted through the Division of Purchasing; it weighs statewide, NASPO or other cooperative contract paths when choosing vendors.
- Free bid coaching
- Idaho APEX Accelerator: the state's APEX Accelerator helps small businesses with registrations and proposals at no cost.
