Connecticut government bids for small agencies
Where Connecticut, its cities and counties post their bids, how to register, and the open ones that suit a small web, software, video or marketing agency right now.

No Connecticut bids on our vetted list at the moment. New ones turn up most weeks; the free Monday email brings the best five.
Where Connecticut posts its bids
- State bids
- CTsource Bid Board. Open solicitations from DAS Procurement, other state agencies, and participating municipalities and political subdivisions, including IT. No registration is needed to view or search them.
- Register as a vendor
- CTsource supplier registration. Registering creates a company profile so you can respond to solicitations electronically and set up custom email alerts. CTsource uses UNSPSC (version 17) commodity codes.
- Small business certification
- Small Business Certification (S/MBE). DAS certifies Connecticut-based, independent small and minority-owned businesses that are registered in SAM. State agencies set annual spending goals for buying from certified companies, and certified firms are listed in the DAS Small Business Directory.
- Free bid coaching
- CT APEX Accelerator: the state's APEX Accelerator helps small businesses with registrations and proposals at no cost.
